Squeezebox 3, need help with burned part.

I've bought a squeezebox3 with no working display. It seems to me that the display itself is not broken. It still can play music.

I found a burned part on the mainboard. To me it seems like a smd transistor. The number on it is 351AJ. Can anyone help? What I want to know is what this part is, what it does and where I can buy a new part. Maybe there is more broken on the board, I don't know.
